RETURN POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

All sticker sheets are non-refundable and all sales are final.

For other products, our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt and media proof of purchase if the product was in any way faulty.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Ben Franklin

Any products bought from our lockers at any Ben Franklin/House Mart locations are non-refundable for cash/card credit.

If the product you have purchased is faulty you will need to provide a photo/video of the product and a brief description of what is wrong with it.

On a situation basis, we will review your request.

Mori

All products shall be exchanged or returned at Mori. We will not accept any exchanges or returns via our online shop.

2. REFUNDS

Once your return inquiry is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will be responsible for any shipping fees when returning the product.

Once we receive the tracking number for the product(s) you are returning your refund will be processed.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank information again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at alex@kittandbunnsupply.co. 

4. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with proof via photo/video.  

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at alex@kittandbunnsupply.co and instructions will follow.

6. SHIPPING

To return your product, send us an email at alex@kittandbunnsupply.co and instructions will follow.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
